Film three quiet moments before opening: dialling in the grinder, preparing the counter and pouring the first drink. Keep the sequence modest. It should feel like an invitation into the café, not an advertisement for a place that does not exist.

Record enough before and after each action to leave room for the edit. Keep a copy of the original files so you can return to a moment if the first sequence misses it.
